(Sparkle Highlights aka Partial Highlights add a pop dimension in your color to brighten up your hair using a few strategically placed foils to make a sparkle of brightness, or depth which enhances your cut and accentuates facial features)
(Traditional highlights, aka Full Highlight use a foiling technique in which strands of hair are lightened in a specific sectioning pattern leaving some natural hair in between each foil. Lowlights use the same technique with a darker color)
